Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
Customized or prescription lenses and glasses are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Prescription lenses once fitted.
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, frame, or style, we’ll be happy to assist.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
